Friday, August 15, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

We can’t wait for you to Find Your Seat in Austin ISD. Before you get started, be sure to check the list below with everything you’ll need to complete your enrollment.
- Student’s Immunization Records: New Austin ISD families need to provide their child’s current immunization records. Returning families only provide immunization records if updated.
- Parent or Guardian Identification: New Austin ISD families need to provide a parent or guardian ID. Returning Austin ISD families only need to provide a parent or guardian ID if it is new or updated.
- Proof of Guardianship: New and returning Austin ISD families need to provide proof of guardianship only if applicable or updated.
- Proof of Residency: New and returning Austin ISD families need to provide proof of residency every year. This can be an electric bill, gas bill, lease, or mortgage statement that is current and dated within 45 days.
In addition, new families will need:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Social Security Card (optional)
- Child’s withdrawal form or last report card (if applicable)
